Mirza Fahatullah Baig(1883-1947):
Mirza Farhatullah Baig was born in Delhi and did his BA from the top of St.Stephen's.Drama cricket was a passion of the student era.He moved to Hyderabad Deccan in 1952 and remained involved in education and court work.He progressed to the position of Home Secretary,from which he retired and received a pension.He died in Hyderabad.

Mirza Farhatullah Baig initially wrote under the pen name of Mirza Alam Nashrah.Baba Urdu Dr. Maulvi Abd-ul-haq and Azmatullah Khan encouraged him and he started writing under his real name."Nazir Ahmad's story","a walk of flowers" and "a memorable poem by Wali" are his memorable articles.
His articles have been published under the name "Farhat". He was also a poet of eloquence.
